Meetings 1:1

The 1:1 meetings will take place on:

• 31 January 2008, Gostiny Dvor (Iljinka st. 4)
  from 9:00 till 17:00 (8 meetings, 40 minutes each with 5 minute break between the meetings + 2 breaks of 40 minutes each)
• 1 February 2008, The Ritz-Carlton Moscow (Tverskaya st. 3)
  from 9:00 till 17:00 (5 meetings, 40 minutes each with 5 minute break between the meetings)

We recommend not more than 2 persons from a company to attend the meetings. Should you plan to demonstrate your presentation in electronic form, please make sure you bring your laptop with you. The booths will not be equipped with any demonstration devices.

All 1:1 meetings will start at 9:00 on the morning of 31st of January and will last 40 minutes with a 5 minute break between each. The beginning and end will be signalled by a bell. Participants may obtain a timetable of meetings and answers to any questions regarding the format of the sessions at the 1:1 registration desk. Your conference book will contain a map of the 1:1 meeting area indicating the location of each meeting booth assigned to a specific company. There will be telephones in all discussion rooms so that participants are able to connect to the registration desk, and also to order tea and coffee.
